Music Director Vicki Taylor has chosen a program of works by America’s greatest present-day choral composers and arrangers. These lush harmonies and beautiful melodies, mostly written or arranged within the past 10 years, include a wide variety of styles, from sacred Latin a cappella works, to gospel, African, and current modern settings of familiar tunes. The concert is indeed a refreshing tribute to singing a new song.
